Never underestimate the power of Elephant Balls. Awesome Woodys Elephant Balls are the best thing for training open handed grip strength, contact strength and pure power. They're not easy, but that's why they work so well and they complement your other climbing hangboard training you do like crimp and pocket training. 

Awesome Woodys Elephant Balls come in different sizes for different sized hands as well as your abilities - 

• Get Large (80mm) if:

I have small hands or I'm new to climbing/training for climbing.

• Get X Large (90mm) if: 

I have average to large hands and I can manage V5 boulders or harder.

• Get Jumbo (100mm) if: 

I have hands the size of dinner plates or I'm an absolute beast and want to get every ounce out of my training that I can.

Coming with both a bigger and advanced training routine, the Elephant Balls have more variation than you first may think. Each ball has two knots in the cord allowing you to offset a ball and target certain muscles. There are fine marker rings around the Elephant Balls which, more importantly than adding a little texture, gives a reference point from where you are grabbing your balls. Grab them high up and they're easier, grab them low down and they're much more work. 

Like all Awesome Woodys products, Elephant Balls are made in Brisbane from locally sourced plantation timber and are not only kind to your skin but also to the environment.
